All products offered through our e-commerce operations are sold by BND Digital LLC. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

If your order is canceled after payment, any amounts charged will be refunded to the original payment method.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
